Well, it might be hard to find if you spell "cooking" with not
only two "o"s but two "i"s as well. ;-)
The real issue may be that in doing a standard search,
binsearch only looks in what it considers to be the popular
groups - our cooking group isn't among them.
So if a search comes up empty, you can click the link, "search
in other groups" which will yield, for example, ...

I just ran a test and got
Download: 6.5 Mbps or 817 kB/s
Upload: 5 Mbps or 620 kB/s
Which is what I'd expect. I don't have the speed you do, but
this is plenty fast enough for me.

Why bother? Just UL some 10MB rar to alt.test or something.
Time the post to the lightning and the normal US servers, note
the faster, and do the math to see how long it will take to do
a 700 MB show.
This should only take a minute or two and is more reliable
than customer service usually is.
Again, I think the issue has been that you've been using their
European server. Either US server should solve the problem.
