Your provider, newshosting.com, offers a "Reverse Traceroute
Tool" ...

https://www.newshosting.com/reverse-trace.php

"Performing a traceroute between NewsHosting.com and your
current location can help identify network slowdowns."

For some bizarre reason you might find it faster to use their
EU server rather than the US one. Using it myself, I found
their US one (37.437 ms) far faster (129.089 ms).

Well, you can do as you please of course, but I'll just point
out that it's exactly for this sort of situation that the many
test groups exist.

If you still prefer to post to the cooking group, maybe you
could post some of the older cooking shows, using A, CC, and
so on. That way, newer followers might derive some benefit.

And rather than post an entire file, you could post a 10MB RAR
every few hours to see if there's any time of the day when
posting is faster. It would help, of course, if your software
has a timer feature.

If you find this problem persists with newshosting and
wouldn't prefer not to switch to another provider, you could
get a block account from astraweb.com ($10US/25G) and/or
newsdemon.com ($2US/10G).

These are great as backups since they don't expire and are
quite inexpensive - usually for fills, but also if they'd
eliminate the aggravation of these slow ULs.
