Always use VLC as it has its own codecs and can normally play anything
correctly. Never use WMP as it has mental problems.
Things can go out of sync. when you transfer from one medium to another. It
just happened to me when I transferred Abbott and Costello Coming Round the
Mountain from my PC to a Flash Drive for inserting into my TV's USB Slot
