For those who like such things, here is a noise reduced version of snowy's post.
It seems I spoke too soon when I last posted -- it turns out there was quite a bit of aluminum
wiring in the house, so the damned contractor was further delayed while an electrician replaced it
with copper. Then again, the weather's been lovely lately, so I'm not on the computer all that
much even when the electricity is working.
I'll endeavor to catch up on the graphics as time permits.
