Hi:
Ahh not sure if i made a good search in my super data base ( snowy, please,
don't laugh ), but after snowy's comment what i can add is this:
It is possible for what you said, that you are talking about the Tolzer
soloist recordings, i mean, there are a few Tolzer cds with those works:
3 single cds called : Kleine Geistliche Konzert I, II and III, they
featured soloists like Helmut Wittek, Christain Flienger, Stefan Gienger,
Clemens Alcantara, Stefan Beckerbauer, etc etc etc. The label is Capriccio,
they have been posted before but it doesn't mean that a repost could not be
requested.
There is other cd with treble and counter-tenor by Sebastian Henning and
Rene Jacobs, the Label is Harmonia Mundi.
and the Dresdner's cds mentioned by snowy i guess.
About more cds dedicated to Schutz...well there are other 3 cd box set by
Knabenchor Hannover called Psalmen-Motetten-Konzerte of Deutsche Harmonia
Mundi, another Tolzer 2 cd box set called Geistliche Chormusik, i have found
two cds of Regensburger of Psalmen Davids and other two by Windsbacher with
more or less the same works than Regensburger, a Solthurn cd posted by snowy
with the Musikalische, and of course many Dresdner's cd.
Well this is what i have found for the moment, of course there are other cds
in which Schutz works are included but they have other composers, one
example i could say is Lorin Wey and Clemencic Consort for example.
ok see you
nene
