Rick,
Though your Pars look very solid, the fact that your Rar is only one byte in
size is a real problem. You might find it helpful to check out
http://www.slyck.com/Newsgroups_Guide_RAR_Files
There are also other useful bits at slyck.com regarding binary uploads.
Here's another suggestion: during your learning efforts, use the group
a.b.m.classical.vocalmusic which seems to be unused at present. Then, if you
do have a successful upload, all you need do is post an announcement here
pointing to it.
