This is from a tape I got in Britain. It is a very cheap issue with a
rudimentary insert (they simply stuck on a photo of what I presume is the
Abbey) and added a foldup photocopy of the back of the corresponding LP
sleeve).
Good luck Amahl if you try to make CD covers...
