This is from an 1960s LP.
A few remarks.
While I'm certainly no expert I think I can safely say that it is a good example of the old Anglican sound, nothing at all like the sound introduced at Westminster Cathedral and the sound of the current New College choir.
Among the tracks there are three of instrumental music.
Despite the LP coming from a record exchange store in London, the general condition is not bad at all: the one track more affected is (fortunately!) an instrumental track.
I'm not particularly fond of the soloist's sound or of those English alto solo parts!
Nevertheless I like this recording and I hope you'll find it interesting and agree this is well performed great Christmas music of the kind you probably won't hear too often at the mall during this season.
