Hello Amahl,
Interesting post indeed. Count me among the purist troglodytes I suppose,
but I find the notion of a computer-synthesized treble voice unappealing.
Fortunately we have ways of preserving the sounds and performances even if
we cannot preserve the traditional choirs. Perhaps someday a renaissance.
Hope you'll drop by more often. Participants are few nowadays, probably in
part because few of today's computer users have heard of Usenet.
