subscene.com. Not sure whether they're perfectly timed to this encode,
but unless you feel the need for Traditional Chinese subs (cht),
subscene is probably a better bet.
Another good resource for subs for many uploads to Asian TV
groups...not all of them, but many...is d-addicts.com.
