Well, let's not be too hard on people who don't post. Not everyone has
access to current Chinese programming. It would be nice if cable
around the US had a nice selection of programming from China, Japan,
and/or Korea, as a source of material to be later posted to the
respective newsgroups.
But for the majority of US viewers, there's no way to obtain this
material except by upload by those fortunate people who DO have access
to it. Certainly, uploading off-topic junk widely available on US
cable would not be welcome on this newsgroup.
