My Comment:
Not as good as "Stand By Me" (which was a true classic!) but very close! This was indeed a great attempt to make a more modern version (set in 1987) of 4 boys spending a weekend learning about fear, life, love, and growing up. Definately worth a look, at least in my opinion.
