The last person to claim to have the DVD ended up saying he couldn't
find it, and posted a not great MKV instead (the one currently posted
in TCF that probably inspired your request).
Anyhow, I've looked all over, and apparently the only place the DVD
was ever available was on a now-defunct website run by the folks that
made the movie.
