I'm looking for an untouched DVD of this movie:

I already have a transcoded PAL DVD5 which is "ok" and a MKV which is
also "ok". Also, I just finished downloading a PAL DVD9 which is NOT
has burned in subtitles which is unacceptable
Does anyone have this? PAL DVD9 preferred as long as it has selectable
English subs.
