regarding the DVD you seek
I did find a DVD9 and it's the one I gave you the link for earlier.
However, the DVD presents some problems in that it took my server had
exactly enough parts to complete it, and your server might not be able
to get it. If you can't, let me know and I'll prepare the DVD for
posting here. Doubt it'll be soon but you'll get it.
