You can either:
1. Extract the dvd files from the iso with WinRar or 7Zip and add
the
subtitles to the dvd - best but several steps.
2. Convert the dvd to an avi - easiest
There are free programs to do both. Let me know which you prefer and

I think it is time for me to learn how to integrate subs with a DVD.
I have a collection of ISO files that is out of control, and a
couple with this same situation.
I can do the WinRar exraction to the point of having an audio and
video TS files, but if you could carry on with instructions from
that point, it would be a fine thing.
