With a windows pc, you have a few options. The main thing I would be
concerned with is whether you have to monitor the stream in chrome. If
I remember correctly, the Sirius stream had a requirement that you
click on a box to assure them that you're still listening every once
in a while. If they still have that, fully automated recording is
probably out of the question since I don't know of any software that
supports that.
As for manual recording where you monitor the process, you have a few
options. You can use regular sound recording software like the free
program Audacity
http://www.audacityteam.org/
to record what you're hearing.
There are also pay programs like Applian Replay Media Catcher
www.applian.com
which is $50 and set that up to record what you hear as you listen to
the stream.
