OK, it doesnt seem like Ballon Knot is able to help you...
Maybe try to repair it on a different PC?
Maybe use a different program than QuickPar?

I do know that the extra pars that BallonKnot posted do work because
mine repaired sucessfuly using QuickPar version 0.9.1.
