Jealous of Howard Stern? of course I am! I would love to have his cash.
But jealous of his career? not for one second. And cry if he retired? lol
that's hilarious. I haven't even listened to the show regularly in 5 years,
and I rarely come to this group anymore.
I wouldn't have even described myself as a "Howard stern fan" when the show
was great in the mid 90's. I'm a radio fan. I love good radio, when the
Howard Stern show stopped being entertaining I stopped listening, and IMO
the show is now so bad it's become unlistenable.
It is fun to shitpost negative comments about Howie though just to see the
butthurt reactions from the brainwashed mentals who still like to suck on
Howard's balls. But being serious for a second it's kind of sad to see the
people who defend him and his tired show act this way, when you know full
well that Howie wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire.
The only guy who I was genuinely sad to see retire was Neil Rogers. Now
there was real talent. A guy who didn't have a script, or writers, or a
team around him. Just a microphone. And for 4 hours, 5 days a week, for 35
years he could keep you entertained with just his wit and personality.
If Howard Stern retired tommorow it would make no impact on my life
whatsoever, if he had retired in 2000 it definitely would have.
