Possibly. They woudn't have too strong a case against him, it seems to me.
They never said anything about disaproving of usenet posting of their
stuff before.
And the moment they said to Rockhound: Hey you, we disaprove of your activities
he said OK, and stopped completely.
The fact that there is absolutely nothing in gooogle also points to a
settlement having been reached quietly.
