You can create a batch script to do all the dirty work
for you.  For example, on a Linux system here is a simple
bash shell script for a set of files xxxxa.zip, xxxxb,zip, etc.
Just pass the base name "xxxx" to the script as a parameter.

Although this is a Linux shell script, en equivalent batch
script for MS Windows could easily be created.

for i in $1*zip
do
unzip -n $i
done
unrar $1.rar

All thats left is to rename the resulting PDF file.
