Well, more specifics would be useful ;-)
I just went through my copy and it /looks/ okay. It has all the pages
(192+front'n'back covers) and none of them seem to be duplicates or
have corrupted images.
I'll fix any problems if you find 'em :-)
Also, an addition to the list above:
* TSR 9509 FOR10 Forgotten Realms: Warriors and Priests of the Realms
- missing p. 88 (techically, it has two page 89s :-). This seems
endemic of all copies I've found on the web.
