The next set of posts are a bunch of reposts and updates to box-sets I
posted earlier. I'm reposting them because I've updated them - either
just cleaning them up a bit more or adding a bit more material. I
won't be giving these the usual full write-up, except to mention
what's missing (if anything) and what I changed (if I remember).
