Dunno if Popeye has it, but I do. :-)
It's not the greatest scan, but it is legible enough, has all its
pages and I've added the usual OCR and bookmarks
Enjoy.
Side note: I think this was the very first adventure module I ever
purchased. We played the Sinking Tower scenario but I don't think we
ever followed through with the other parts of the adventure. The sewer
and catacomb adventures influenced my map and adventure design for
decades though ;-)
