I use https://newsgroupdirect.com/ . I bought a 2TB block for $55 in
2013, and since I only use usenet to get rare PDFs and books, I've used
up barely any of my alloted bandwidth. Even with the odd film I've
downloaded over the last few years, I've only used 200gb I think.

*However*...subscribe to their mailing list and wait for a sale. They
sell 2TB blocks every few months for $70 these days.
