Do I need to switch providers? Giganews seems to be randomly dropping
old segments of everything. Even old text messages are disappearing
from threads, though I think there is a non-retention protocol for
that that some people are using...though I have no idea why.
I also find it curious that my server knows that the parts exist but
seems unable to provide them. If they did not propogate for some
reason then they should not show up at all; instead they show up with
a size of zero.
