It's absolutely identical. In fact, it is actually a scan of the
original unrevised book, excepting the cover. You can tell from page 2
where it reads:
>Cover: The book cover painting shows an encounter between
>three adventurers and on efreet on the Elemental Plane of Fire.

I got suspicious because the scanned pages showed too much age. I also
remembered that a few years ago someone posted this scan without the
bookmarks and explained that he just changed the cover on an old scan.
