I couldn't find the thread where we talked about it but here is an
Update.
I got back into storage and I did indeed find the 1st printing boxed
set. I'll start scanning it next. It could easily take a few weeks.
It's nearly 40 years old and somewhat fragile. But I will scan it and
add it to the project.
