The one you posted nearly 230 days ago in alt.binaries.dvd is the 1st edition.
Look at the screenshots of the menu:

and open the dvd you posted, and you will clearly see that this is the 1st edition.
The 2nd edition contains the Criterion "C" in the top left corner trough all the menu items.
