Thank you for pointing to this link. I love his work too, especially
his kind way of developping fragility in love relationships and also
from an agonistic point of view. As an artist and filmmaker he was
known for his total independance, he always refused financial advances
from French institutions for his movies to come. A priceless position
in my opinion. Yes, a great figure of the Nouvelle Vague has
disappeared.

The filmmaker rarely gave interviews. This 50-minute program is
Fabian, Amanda Langlet, Arielle Dombasle appear as guests in the radio
program. Personally I cannot forget the delightful Pascale Ogier's
part in 'Les nuit de la pleine lune'. She died too early, as she was
still very young.
Although there is no available online voice tranlator from French, I
think it's worthwhile listening to a few excerpts, even to people who
cannot understand the language (1st excerpt concerns his choices about
express a one-word appreciation.
