Sorry you are having problems with this. It would appear that the culprit is most probably your
provider. This post is confirmed 100% extractable from Giganews (their retention stands at 505 days
today and growing ... perhaps others can comment on the retention of their providers as well).
Assuming this is not your provider you might want to avail yourself of their 14 day free trial and
grab the broken parts you require.
