Excellent request, I second it!!
As you indicated it's not released by Criterion and therefore it's
best to post your request in a.b.dvd.classics
and keep our fingers crossed that someone might have the Eureka
release....
(I know a person in there that has just about anything you could
possibly wish for..)

It's in the name e.g. .dvd is what is says, just criterion is
anything beyond dvd like blu-ray
(expect tons of gigs :D)
