10% would be way too much. Setting the 'Source Block Count' slider to maximum
will ensure that all of the PAR2 blocks are Universal and so they can go
anywhere they are needed, on an individual basis. Have you ever seen an NSP
trumpet less than 99% completion? That would indicate that 1% PAR2s should be
adequate. (In the real world, perhaps 1-2% might be more realistic.) The smaller
the yEnc line setting, the more articles in the post. Using the 20892 article
post above, 1% would be 209 blocks. I would probably pick 255 blocks to create
from the 'Powers of Two Minus One' series.
