I think I see the problem.
Looks like you were going for 127 repair blocks, but only wound up with 18.
(.vol11+7.PAR2)
It appears your 'Source Block Count' slider was not set to maximum. (Far right)
And with only a 3000 yEnc line setting, you would probably want at least 255
blocks, and maybe even 511 blocks (if you're generous!)
