ATT has a trial plan in Reno Nev. limiting people to 65gb total BW per
month. Comcast caps at 250gb and if you go over two times you are no
longer a customer of Comcast. Only Verizon has stated it will not
impose limits.

Usenet heavy  users are only 5% but use a majority of the BW. That is
why the ISP news server are either gone or Text file only.

I doubt your scenario will hold in the future but I wish you good
