I doubt it Mate !
I would guess that he just fobbed you off and you will get another '
technical glitch' when you try to upload too much next time.
In my experience... if you upload too much in one night/day/stint...
then it WILL eventually start to fail. Your Server will Kick in with
your upload limits and then... thats when your uploads start to fail.
Then... There is nothing you can do apart from retire for the night
and then get back to it the next day.
Its time to just cut your losses for the night and start again the
next day... With Fresh Bandwidth limits.
If you carry on trying to Fill and Repost things... then you will just
be posting a wall of incompletes.
Give it a rest, come back tomorrow :)
Your bandwidth will be refreshed.
Then your uploads should be complete.
