Just as an FYI...I also got warned one time from my VPN provider for
uploading. It turns out you should not use their US/UK servers when
torrenting. Apparently they come under the same legal jurisdiction as
your base ISP. Though losing/switching VPNs is easierthan switching
base ISPs. Problem is when using swedish or romanian servers, google
searches come up in those languages.
I use GN silver plan and Vypr VPN comes with it. Torrent dl speeds
aren't always an issue but usenet dl speeds are affected by which
server you use.
