It works the same as all Torrent sites work, a (usually) regular
uploader posts something, then seeds it for a while then goes onto
putting their upload bandwidth into other things... leaving the people
that (then) download the Torrent to pay it back and therefore... keep
the Torrent alive for people in the future, if people just leech and
dont pay back then the Torrent dies.
There is no need to upload anything new. Just pay back the same file
that you downloaded to the next people that want the same file, until
you reach your quota of 1 to1.
I use 'BitTorrent V7.1' and accasionally 'BitComet' to handle the
downloading and the repaying.
