After many years of downloading programmes and hardy ever needing a
PAR file to repair a download myself, I have decided that I will Not
be uploading PAR files again (by default) in the future.
As a Poster with limited upload limits/bandwidth restrictions, I have
decided that PAR files take up too much of my Upload bandwidth and
also too much Server Space.
I will still be creating PAR files to support the post... I just wont
be posting them unless they are REQuested.
The Main PAR file will also be included in any uploads to check that
the post is either complete or needs repair.
