I agree, I have always said that there are three sides to every story,
yours/mine/The Truth... people will always put their own 'spin' on a
story or event to make the story (or history) side with THEM or how
THEY want it to read !
I quickly learned this after a nasty split with my ex. who tried (and
often succeeded) in turning my kids against me.
