I use Handbrake to convert to smaller file size MKV container. Even
so, there are times when VLC Media Player has to wait for the source
harddrive, especially USB drives.
Define slow picture 'wobble'? Try playing on a faster harddrive to
determine if the video player hesitates waiting for new data.
