Anyone Fluent in Handbrake?

I need some advice. I'm converting some 1990s DVDs to mp4s.
They are SD unfortunately, but i'm getting slow picture 'wobble'.
It's annoying, anyone know the cause or cure?
Any advice would be appreciated, TIA
