Actually, I've been trying to keep my nose out of others threads unless
I have something to offer that will add to it...which, as you've
noticed, isn't very often.
More importantly, I've been downloading and burning all of the stuff
that I've got. I've also been side tracked by that 'All aboard: The
Canal Trip' more than once! At 0:56:08 there's a boat off to the left
that makes me cry!!! It's either got very little freeboard or it sank!
Can you imagine how those poor folks feel? I hope that they got it
taken care of O.K.. And at 0:57:08 (or so...) there is a boat off to
the left that is considerably larger than most of the 'narrow boats' in
this and other of the videos. I saw more of the larger ones later...but
I'll stop now.
I'm rambling...that video makes me do that.
I didn't want anyone to think I'd gone the way of JC and Faye. Miss 'em
both.
I just burned the first half of 'Narrow Boat Afloat' and I'll get the
rest soon, then 'Canals The Making Of A Nation'!
So, I guess everyone's busy. Spike and RIB: Thank You for keeping me
busy. (I'm getting rather hung up on Narrow Boats!! Can you tell?)
