I do not see a "whacko".. I see a person deliberately posting
misinformation. That's not "insane" it is criminally social fraud.

ummm, Pixie..?.. you will learn that 'action' is not of the OP's doing.
Because of all the shite coming out of many Canadian and USA ISP
connections the providers have dropped Usenet altogether and are using
default NNTP providers, in the short term. By 2011 this too will be disconnected
and those users [loose use] will be forced to pay for subscription just as many
hundreds of thousands do do today, worldwide..

It is a rather quaint (amusement) to those offshore to the Americas
where folks refer to some obscure entity with a wagging pointy finger that
really does resemble a limp (flaccid) penis.
Where is the problem in just saying outright
"hey you fuck-nozzle, WTF are you posting that
shite for?".
You are anonymous.. use it <g>
If the children reading ABCP cannot handle the candid approach then
THEY will leave.
... win win result.. you think??

nup.. no banana, sowwy.
I am on DUP for a bit so I cannot check any uploads .. however I will be very
surprised to hear the "special Agent" is not some courier version of a third
world hack of a tool. You tell me.. I haint downloading no binary "Easy" posts.
Period.

Ditto here.. and no time until maybe Sunday AEST.
Many here have the tutes.. they are free for distribution.

All speculation.
Folks looking to run with the latest version of anything are usually running the
latest version "hot from Walmart" of anything else.
Leaving aside the wisdom of owning a computer world stuck in THAT mode it is a
fact of life we who know cannot help the "new Gen". Nobody in their right mind
is going to mount new software to a new machine just to test stuff that
someone in the world outside is having difficulty with. Beta testers do this..
and are usually paid, somehow.
Add to that the human factor of "not our fault, has to be computer problem"
when in fact it is very true the operator has little idea and even less patience
with minimal education feeding the frustration, and you have the typical
"sewgirl" post being made.
Word of Advice?
Watch 'em.. you could find yourself very busy building posts for dickheads,

I do believe the whole thing (topic) is a troll... but whatever ..
