I don't think you really want what you're asking for.
Take a look at the first image carefully, then decide what it is that
you want.
And how big is "a shirt pocket"? I have shirts with pockets ranging
from watch-fob size (about 2") to travel shirts with map pockets and
sweat shirts with 12 inch wide pockets.
