If by "working with" you mean receiving, then
.rar - WinRar
yEnc - you're already using it. Forte Agent. yEnc encoded files should
be completely transparent to you. You shouldn't ever be able to tell
the difference.
If you mean for posting, it's not a question of what, but HOW.
