You are right, I was frustrated and vague....yes, when I download an
attachment in Agent and right click on the rar file, and then click
"launch attachment" It opens with winrar, but when I open the rar'ed
file I get the above garble. It happens in agent and in all other
areas where rar files are. Perhaps I've got something screwed up in
winrar?
