Given the input, the suggestion was only an educated guess at best.
There is a language problem here.
There is no ""launch" message"[sic] function in Agent.
And as Herb has so kindly illustrated for you there is any number
of possibilities when what is actually happening at your desktop
is not communicated.
My last suggestion is to detail *exactly* the actions you are making
and report *exactly* the output you are getting as a result.
Screen captures would be nice but that is up to you.
Your problem may then be able to be replicated and tested to
find the solution.
There is always the Agent support group to post to also.
