Of course you can access Windows/Temp but things are different in Vista and in
many cases you all of a sudden need Administrator rights to do things, even
install a program.
If sumeone attacs me i kick back in a disproportional way so make up your own
conclusion and if you do not read the manuals i posted you have a long way of
googeling ahead of you.
By the way, Win 95 was a 16 bit OS and a 32 bit application like Embird wil not
run on a 16 bit OS compatibility mode, try something higher.
