So far you are the only one nice to Grammy.
If you pack a file with Rar you also have the option to make parts
of a size you like.
At the lower left corner of the Rar program you see " Split to volumes,
bytes" and if you want to split a 21MB part into parts of let say 2MB
the only thing you need to do is put 2M in that line or 2,000,000 just what
you prefer.
Then it will be split up into 11 parts of about 2MB. Then if a part gets lost
in cyberspace there is no need to repost the whole big file but just a small
part of 2MB.
There are a few people here in this group who are nasty but tell me where
can we find a place without them? It is hard to satisfy everybody and so far
you are helping Grammy and no one else, they can ignore your post because it is
not for them.
I hope you had a great Christmas and i wish you all the best for the year 2009.
If Grammy reads this, i am not convinced her drive really went over the edge, i
think that what ever was on it still can be recovered.
But........................ that is the thought of someone who does not give up
easy.
